At Reeder, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Reeder account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronic device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund eligibility.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
